I’m Justine Wambach, APRN, FNP-C, founder and provider at Infinity Medicine. I am licensed in Minnesota and care for children, adolescents, and adults throughout the state. I offer in-person appointments in Waubun, Minnesota, as well as telehealth appointments statewide. I have more than 12 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. My background includes working for the Indian Health Service, followed by more than 10 years of service with the White Earth Nation. During that time, I provided care through White Earth’s Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Maternal Outreach and Mitigation Services (MOMS) programs, supporting adults with opioid use disorder, as well as pregnant and postpartum patients and families affected by substance use. My experience also includes direct patient care, clinical program development, family-centered support, and connecting patients with helpful resources. I have experience working with people with ADHD and autism, including those with established diagnoses and those whose needs have not yet been formally recognized. I also understand the diagnostic process for ADHD and autism from a parent’s perspective. This personal experience has given me a deeper appreciation for the challenges families may encounter while searching for answers, understanding, and appropriate support. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, person-centered, and free from judgment. I believe strongly in listening to my patients because healthcare is not always textbook. Medications do not affect everyone in the same way, so each patient’s experiences, concerns, feelings, and response to treatment help guide my decisions. At Infinity Medicine, I provide evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, and anxiety, with medication management available when needed. I also provide office-based treatment for adults with opioid use disorder using a compassionate, evidence-based, harm-reduction approach. Care is provided in a respectful, judgment-free environment focused on supporting recovery, improving quality of life, and helping each patient work toward their individual goals. Above all, I believe patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where patients and families can ask questions openly and work with me to develop a care plan that reflects their individual needs, strengths, and goals.
